What are your delivery charges?
The delivery charge is £4.95 for delivery within 2-5 business days to UK mainland destinations - see full details on our Delivery section.
Monday to Friday are classed as working days with the exception of UK Bank Holidays.
Can I choose a different delivery address to my billing address?
Yes, you can choose to change the delivery address during the checkout process. This is especially helpful if you know you are not going to be at home to sign for the delivery, then you can specify an alternative address such as a work address, or if it is for a gift it can be sent straight to the recipient!
The option to specify a different delivery address to the billing address is available right up until the final confirmation before placing the order.
Can I order an item that is temporarily out of stock?
No, if something is temporarily out of stock it can’t be ordered, as we don’t take payment for items we do not have available.
We do however have a great "email me when in stock" system. If you choose this option we will email you as soon as the stock is available again.
Do you deliver internationally (outside of the UK)?
We’re still growing as a company at the moment, and will be looking to add this option soon. Please bear with us!

How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit card payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Delta (Visa Debit), Electron and Solo. We also accept payments through Paypal.
Unfortunately, We’re unable to accept cheques or BACS.
Our Payment process is operated through Shopify via a secure server. Payment for your order is processed automatically as soon as your order is placed.
How do I return a product?
We hope that you’re happy with our products. However, if they’re not quite for you then you can return them to us for a refund.
The returned product must be in new and unused condition and in the original packaging. All fragile items must be wrapped securely.
Before returning any items, we ask that you notify us within 14 days at http://www.thegingerpear.co.uk/returns and obtain a returns number. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
With the exception of faulty items or items damaged in transit, please note that we are not responsible for return postage.
What if my item is faulty or damaged in transit?
Although every effort is taken to ensure our parcels are well-packed when they leave our warehouse, accidents do occasionally happen.
If this happened to you and before returning anything, please contact us within 7 working days at http://www.thegingerpear.co.uk/returns. We will aim to resolve the problem as quickly as possible for you.
How do I use my promotional code?
Simply enter the code at the checkout when prompted for ‘code’. Only one promotional code can be used at a time.
